Galeta is an open pie with filling. Cook the dough at home from whole grain flour, which will make the cake more healthy. And for the fillings take fresh peaches and honey. Tasty, fingers already lick!

  1. Pour corn oil into a large bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Pour 125 ml of boiling water. Pour flour and baking powder. Meticulously knead the dough. Form a ball. Wrap it in cling film. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  2. Wash peaches and pour boiling water for 1 minute.
  3. Grind in a blender. Add honey and starch. Whisk again in blender.
  4. 4 peaches cut into slices.
  5. Roll out the dough in the shape of a circle. Put slices on center peaches. Spread peach puree on top.
  6. Wrap the free edges of the dough up and pinch.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Put a biscuit. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
