- Mix lightly softened butter, sugar and eggs until homogeneity. Mix pre-sifted flour, salt, baking powder. Add the egg mixture. Knead homogeneous dough.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts, leave one of them on half an hour in the refrigerator.
- Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, put in it the other half of the dough and stretch along the sides. Pierce with a fork in several places. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at a temperature of 160 C. Then add heat and bake for another 7 minutes at 190 WITH.
- For filling in a deep bowl, mix the berries and vanilla well sugar. If you took fruits, not berries, they should be finely to cut.
- Put the filling in the finished dough. Get the frozen dough from the refrigerator, grate and sprinkle the filling. Bake in oven for another 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 C.
