  1. We combine warm milk and warm water.
  2. Add salt, sugar, yeast. Mix well.
  3. Gradually sift the flour and knead the dough.
  4. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour (I usually put a bowl with dough in the microwave and put a glass of boiling water there, close door).
  5. Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown on medium heat.
  6. Prepare syrup (ideally, it is better to use pekmez). K 3 tbsp sugar add 1 tbsp of hot water and stir until complete dissolving sugar.
  7. Lubricate the work surface with a little vegetable oil. We interrupt the dough. Divide it into 10 parts.
  8. We roll each ball into a sausage. Cover them with a bag and towel and leave for 15 minutes.
  9. Roll each sausage even thinner, fold in half and still roll out. Then we turn into a tourniquet and connect the edges. Little roll the joint.
  10. Dip each bagel first in syrup and then in sesame, well we press sesame seeds to it.
  11. We put in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
  12. Served with sweet tea and cream cheese.
