- We combine warm milk and warm water.
- Add salt, sugar, yeast. Mix well.
- Gradually sift the flour and knead the dough.
- Leave in a warm place for 1 hour (I usually put a bowl with dough in the microwave and put a glass of boiling water there, close door).
- Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown on medium heat.
- Prepare syrup (ideally, it is better to use pekmez). K 3 tbsp sugar add 1 tbsp of hot water and stir until complete dissolving sugar.
- Lubricate the work surface with a little vegetable oil. We interrupt the dough. Divide it into 10 parts.
- We roll each ball into a sausage. Cover them with a bag and towel and leave for 15 minutes.
- Roll each sausage even thinner, fold in half and still roll out. Then we turn into a tourniquet and connect the edges. Little roll the joint.
- Dip each bagel first in syrup and then in sesame, well we press sesame seeds to it.
- We put in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Served with sweet tea and cream cheese.
