This is a Turkish version of a delicious baklava made with three layers. filo dough smeared with ghee. Two more layers of pistachios. We leave the finished homemade dessert for the night in the refrigerator.

- In a container, heat sugar with water, mix until sugar will dissolve. Add honey and lemon juice, bring to a boil and remove from the fire.
- Cut the dough sheets to the desired size. Smear 8-9 sheets melted butter and spread the first layer into a mold of these sheets.
- Mix the chopped pistachios with powdered sugar and sprinkle half of them are the first layer.
- We spread the second layer of 8-9 sheets, smeared with oil. Sprinkle with the second half of the pistachios and cover with a third layer of 8-9 sheets of dough, oiled.
- Diagonally cut the baklava and set to cook for 35 minutes in oven at 175 degrees.
- Then immediately pour in chilled syrup, sprinkle with pistachios and put it in the refrigerator for the night. Enjoy your meal!
