- In a saucepan on fire, dry bulgur. Peel and chop the pumpkin cubes. Lubricate pieces of pumpkin with honey, add thyme leaves and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Pour into a pan with bulgur 100 ml. water, salt, bring to boil and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
- Cut the turkey into thin slices. Peeled carrots and onions cut into small cubes.
- Grind cumin, curry, turmeric and salt in a mortar. Add a little onion and grind everything into a paste. Peppers cut in half and remove the seeds. Three halves cut into strips, the rest leave for decoration.
- Fry the carrots, then add the onion and chopped pepper. Halves of peppers are put on the pan with the cut side, fry 1 minute and take it out.
- Add turkey to the pan, salt, pepper and fry with both sides. Add chopped garlic, mashed spices, pour in 50 ml. water and simmer until tender.
- We transfer pumpkin and bulgur into a pan, mix.
- Before serving, decorate with halves of peppers, mint leaves and cilantro. Enjoy your meal!
