  1. Chop the thigh fillet in a blender and cut the breast fillet into small a cube.
  2. Add yolk, whipped protein, cream, chopped meat to meat pistachios and spices. Mix.
  3. In a rectangular shape (which are commonly used for cupcakes) lay out the bacon.
  4. From above, fill the form half with minced meat.
  5. Cut the liver into thin slices and lay on the minced meat, add salt. By the way, special gourmets can pre-soak the liver in cognac on couple of hours.

  7. Bend the edges of the bacon and put the remaining slices of bacon over surface.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Put in a larger form and pour half the water into it forms with terrine.
  10. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour, then remove the foil and put in the oven for another 20 minutes.
  11. Drain the released liquid from the form with terrine, cool it in form at room temperature.
  12. Then press down with a load (a form with water, a bag of cereals, etc.) and send in the refrigerator for several hours or at night.
  13. Remove the terrine from the mold and chop.
