Tasty appetizer on the festive table of mushrooms and fried meat birds cooked at home in the oven. A simple dish, by taste reminiscent of julienne. Prepared from turkey fillet or Chicken.

- Peel the mushrooms, wash, separate the legs from the hats and finely grind.
- Fry the onions in a pan with vegetable oil, add to it a turkey cut into small pieces.
- Fry for about ten minutes, then add chopped legs mushrooms, lightly salt and pepper, fry, stirring, another 15 minutes.
- Pour cream, mix, remove from heat after five minutes.
- With a chilled mass, fill the mushroom caps, put them in shape for baking.
- Top the mushrooms with grated cheese.
- Clean the form in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Serve on a platter, garnished with greens.
