Tasty appetizer on the festive table of mushrooms and fried meat birds cooked at home in the oven. A simple dish, by taste reminiscent of julienne. Prepared from turkey fillet or Chicken.

  1. Peel the mushrooms, wash, separate the legs from the hats and finely grind.
  2. Fry the onions in a pan with vegetable oil, add to it a turkey cut into small pieces.
  3. Fry for about ten minutes, then add chopped legs mushrooms, lightly salt and pepper, fry, stirring, another 15 minutes.
  4. Pour cream, mix, remove from heat after five minutes.
  5. With a chilled mass, fill the mushroom caps, put them in shape for baking.
  6. Top the mushrooms with grated cheese.
  7. Clean the form in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. Serve on a platter, garnished with greens.
