  1. Wash and dry the medallions.
  2. Cook the marinade. Mix honey with vinegar, a mixture of peppers, garlic squeezed through a press. Add rosemary and salt.
  3. Fold the medallions in a container, pour the marinade to them, cover shake the lid several times.
  4. Marinate the meat for three hours, periodically shaking the container, so that the turkey is evenly marinated.
  5. Wrap each piece in foil. Bake at 200 degrees 50 minutes. Five minutes before the foil is ready to unfold, sprinkle each slice of a tablespoon of cheese. Serve with anyone garnish.
