Delicious festive appetizer prepared at home from meat turkey, greased with cream cheese and baked with Bulgarian pepper inside.

Turkey can be replaced with chicken or pork, preferably pepper select different colors.

  1. Wash the pepper, peel the seeds of the partitions, cut into strips.
  2. Cut the turkey fillet into plates, beat off through a cling film, grate gently with salt, coat with cream cheese. For every piece meat lay strips of pepper, alternating colors.
  3. Roll up. And then two options, or just coat with mayonnaise (sour cream), or wrap in raw smoked ham.
  4. Option with ham.
  5. Place the rolls in a baking dish, put in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  6. The roll option, greased with mayonnaise without bacon, is presented. Serve on lettuce leaves, garnished with herbs if desired.
