- 4 minced cloves of garlic
- 1 peeled and finely chopped carrot
- 1 finely chopped celery stalk
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh basil leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Grated parmesan

Recipe preparation:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and garlic and fry until transparent, about 5 minutes. Add carrots and celery and fry until vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
