  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Wash all vegetables and greens. Carrot and peel the onion, remove the stem from the bell pepper and that’s it seeds. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a grater, Bulgarian chop the pepper. Grind parsley.
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add half the onion to it, breadcrumbs, egg. Salt and pepper to taste and mix the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Form from minced meat 4-6 identical cutlets. In the pan heated over high heat, pour oil, warm it, put cutlets and fry them for 2 minutes on each side. Then transfer them to a baking dish, oiled, clean in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Pour the second into the pan remaining from the cutlets half the onion, fry it for 2 – 3 minutes. Then add the carrots and bell pepper and fry for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add beans, stew parsley for another 2 minutes, salt and pepper to taste, mix and remove from heat.
