Another main dish of poultry is delicious cutlets from turkeys that turn out very tender. In this recipe are given two cooking options at home, the first – cutlets are baked after frying in vegetable oil and the second, gentle option, when cutlets with vegetables are baked immediately without roasting. Both options good, preference is yours.

  1. Pass the turkey meat and onion through a meat grinder, combine with soaked in milk and pressed bread, as well as salt and pepper, and desire, with an egg (cutlets are softer without an egg, you can add only yolk). Knead well.
  2. For the first option, form cutlets from minced meat, roll them in a breading mixture (with the addition of your favorite seasonings or dried sesame seeds) and fry on preheated vegetable oil on both sides for seven minutes and shift them into a mold for bake, cover with tomato slices and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for fifteen minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. For the second option, also form cutlets, put them in greased baking dish, put in the oven on half an hour at 180 degrees. Then carefully remove the mold spread tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and return into the oven for another ten minutes.
  4. Sprinkle ready-made cutlets with chopped greens.
