- 1 coarsely chopped chipotle pepper (smoked jalapeno pepper) per adobo sauce with 1 tbsp. l sauce
- 450 g minced turkey
- 1 bottle (350 ml) of light beer
- 1 can (400 g) of canned whole peeled tomatoes in own juice
- 1 can (450 g) canned red beans (drain the liquid and rinse)
- Sliced chives, cilantro, avocado, sour cream, grated Monterey Jack cheese and / or corn chips, optional
