  1. The turkey breasts without my skin, soak in paper towels and rub with salt. In a bowl, mix mustard, oil, paprika, pepper chili and soy sauce. We put the oven at 200 degrees.

  2. The prepared turkey meat is sent to the foil, watered sauce, grate, wrap and send on a baking sheet in the oven for 40 minutes.

  3. After 40 minutes, open the breast and bake another 30 minutes to covered with a beautiful brown crust.

  4. We take out the fragrant juicy breast of the turkey, cut into pieces and serve on the table. Turkey can be seasoned with any spices to taste.
