Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1400 gr. minced turkey
- 850 gr. canned cannellini beans with liquid
- 2 fried chili peppers
- 0.25 parts chopped cilantro
- 0.25 Art. olive oil
- 1 chopped large onion
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. l salt
- 0.25 Art. flour
- 0.25 Art. chili powder
- 3 tbsp. l ground caraway seeds
- 0.5 tbsp. l ground black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsp. chicken broth

Recipe preparation:
- In a blender or food processor, beat the fried chili peppers and cilantro to a homogeneous mass. Set aside.
- Mix in a large roasting pan over medium heat olive oil, onions, garlic and salt. Sauté until onion transparent, 5-6 minutes. Add the turkey and cook until it fried, dividing the meat with a wooden spatula, about 7-8 minutes.
- Add flour, chili powder, caraway seeds, black and cayenne pepper, cook until flavor appears, about 2 minutes. Add chicken stock and scrape off the fried pieces that stick to the bottom of the pan. Add the prepared chili and cilantro puree. Bring to a boil, then lower the temperature to a liquid simmer. Add the beans and cook, partially covering lid until the turkey is soft and the chili thickens, about 1 hours. Remove from heat, close and keep warm until serving. Decorate before serving.
