  • 1 tbsp. l chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 450 gr peeled and cut into strips 1 cm thick. potato
  • 20 green olives

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place a large pot on medium heat and pour into it butter. When the oil is hot, break the bay leaves and lay in oil. Sauté for 30 seconds. Add the onion. Salt and pepper. Fry until soft, about 4-6 minutes. Add the garlic, tomatoes and water. Salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat to moderately low, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 30 minutes If desired, dilute the sauce with water so that it not so thick.   2. Preheat the deep fat fryer. Saute potatoes until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Shift to paper towel to absorb excess fat. Salt and pepper. Place steaks on a serving plate to serve. Add parsley to the sauce and mix well. Put on tuna tomato mixture. Next to the tuna, lay a potato slide. Decorate 4-5 olives and serve.
