Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 cans (170 g each) of tuna in its own juice
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped green bell pepper
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp chopped ginger root
- 2 tbsp. cherry tomato or grape
- 1/2 tsp hot curry powder
- Juice 1/2 lemon or lime
- Feta cheese topping
- Fresh chopped cilantro (1/3 – 1/2 tbsp.)

Recipe preparation:
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it is will become hot. Add onions and peppers and cook, stirring, in for 5 minutes, or until they become soft. Add the garlic, ginger and curry powder and continue to fry, stirring for 2 min
- Add the anchovies, and sauté, kneading with a spatula. Add tomatoes, capers and sugar, and simmer over medium heat for about 5 min Add tuna, chili and juice and simmer, stirring, until warms up; season with salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon or lime juice, sprinkle with feta and cilantro. Serve with rice.
