Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 pieces of 20 cm. French or Italian loaf, make an incision
- 2 cans (170 gr. Each) of tuna in olive oil, a little strain
- 1/3 Art. olive oil
- 1/4 Art. red wine vinegar
- 0.5 small red onion bulbs, cut into thin sliced
- 1 clove of garlic, cut in half
- 3 large cream tomatoes, remove the core (1 pc cut in half, 2 pcs. cut into thin slices)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 0.5 cucumber, cut into thin slices
- 1/4 Art. fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. l capers, drain the liquid

Recipe preparation:
- In a large cup with a whisk, mix olive oil, wine vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt and a few peppercorns. Add Red onion.
- Slices of bread with garlic, then, halves of tomato and season with salt and pepper; discard the garlic and peel of the tomato. On put the slices of tomato on the bottom of the bread.
- Add tuna to the dressing and break it into pieces. Intervene bell pepper, cucumber, parsley and capers; salt, pepper. Divide the mixture between pieces of bread. Close the sandwiches and gently push on top of them.
- Wrap sandwiches tightly with cling film and place on them heavy pan. Leave on for 15 minutes. to soften the bread, then remove the film and cut the sandwiches in half.
