  1. Trout carefully gutted, remove the gills, rinse, dry and open the abdomen.

  2. Cut the lemon into circles, spread in half one by one side of the abdomen. 8 slices of lemon leave. We set the oven to 180 degrees.

  3. Wash dill with parsley and add half to lemon.

  4. Close the trout, send to the baking sheet, spray with oil, put the remaining slices of lemon on top and put in the oven on 25 minutes
