Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. diced 5 cm. goat meat (with bone or without)
- 2 tbsp. l curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 sliced leaves of smelling bluehead (can be replaced chopped cilantro)
- 2 crushed cloves of garlic
- 1 medium-sized onion head sliced in half rings
- Vegetable oil
- Roti Pellets for Serving
- Hot pepper sauce

Recipe preparation:
- In a tightly closed container, mix the meat, a tablespoon curry powder, salt and bluehead leaves. Shuffle and give stand for an hour or while you cook the rest of the ingredients.
- In a skillet or pan, heated over medium heat, fry until clarity of garlic and onion in a small amount of oil. Then add the remaining tablespoon of curry powder. Shuffle until the curry paste darkens a bit.
- Then add the seasoned meat, increase the heat and, stirring, lightly fry the meat. Add 3 tbsp. water and cook with weak boil for about an hour, covering the pan with a lid and stirring every 15 minutes. The dish will be ready when most of the water has evaporated, and the meat will be as soft as you like. Serve with Roti Tortillas and spicy sauce (e.g. piquillo pepper sauce).
