  1. Pour warm milk into a bowl, add yeast, sugar, salt, butter. Knead the dough and leave it for 20 minutes.
  2. Add suluguni, urop and 1 protein to the cottage cheese, leave the yolk for lubrication.
  3. Roll out the dough, lay out the filling and collect. We put in oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Then we take out and grease with yolk, remove for another 5 minutes. Then add the egg on top and put in the oven for a couple more minutes.
