Then do not pass this interesting recipe, and cook Delicious tomato chips at home. Such chips can be taken not only to picnics, but also to snack on them when you want something harmful. They are made very simple!

- Tomatoes are better to choose dense and not too large. Take better either small or medium.
- Wash the tomatoes thoroughly in cold water, dry them dry. Then cut into rings at least 0.5 cm thick. But not too much thick, not more than one centimeter.
- Sprinkle rings with salt on both sides, leave for twenty five minutes. Tomatoes should let the juice go. Then wipe with paper with a towel each circle.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil with French herbs, salt and garlic. Lubricate the tomato circles with this mixture.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment, spread the tomatoes and send to the preheated oven for three and a half hours. The temperature should be 120 degrees. Every hour we open the door ovens for seven to ten minutes.
