You it will seem that the dough is sticky, but ideally no more flour add. If you can still carefully separate the dough from fingers (possibly with the help of a second hand), then everything is in order. If not, add a couple of pinches of flour.
  4. Knead well, make a ball, cover with a towel for 30-60 minutes depending on how much time you have.
  5. During this time I prepared the filling, and the dough rose approximately twice.
  6. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out half the pizza dough as thinner (approx. 3 mm). From this amount, 2 pizza 30-35 cm.
  7. Put the filling and put in preheated to the maximum oven for 7-10 minutes. I have it 250 degrees. Yes, I was not mistaken the oven should be at maximum, Italian pizza baked minimum time at maximum temperature. As soon as a crust reddened, done!
