  1. Pour dry yeast into a deep dish, salt and pour warm water.
  2. Pour half the flour, add the egg and carefully mix.
  3. Pour the second half of the flour and olive oil. Knead dough.
  4. Divide the dough into two parts.
  5. Roll the dough thinly.
  6. Cooking tomato sauce: 3 tomatoes, pour over boiling water and carefully peel off the skin. Put the tomatoes in a blender and chop. Add a pinch of dry basil and oregano, olive oil, and sugar salt.
  7. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes and wait until it cools down.
  8. Smear the dough with tomato sauce.
  9. Spread ham, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, sprinkle on top cheese and herbs.
  10. We put in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes. It is very important not to overdo it so that the dough is soft. Have a nice appetite!
