Recipe preparation:
- Divide the minced meat into 4 equal parts (approximately 170 gr.). Form a cutlet of 2 cm thick from each serving and in the center each with a thumb indentation. Salt and pepper with both sides.
- If grilling burgers, preheat the gas grill to heat, or light the coals of a charcoal grill so that they burnt out. Lubricate the patties with rapeseed oil and fry until crispy crusts on one side, beef – 3 minutes, turkey – 5 minutes. Then turn over and fry cutlets on the other side to medium roast beef 4 minutes (3 minutes if you put cheese; see step 3), or until fully prepared.
