Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 grilled chicken, chop meat (about 4 tbsp.)
- 350 gr smoked Anduy sausage, sliced thick about 1.5 cm
- 350 gr smoked sausage of your choice, sliced about 1.5 cm thick.
- Two cans (430 gr. Each) canned chopped tomatoes in own juice
- 1 tbsp. plus 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. premium wheat flour
- 6 stalks of celery, chopped
- 2 green sweet peppers, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bunch of green onions, 1/2 tbsp. cut into slices for serving, and chop the remaining
- 8 to 10 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 l chicken broth
- Two cans (430 gr. Each) canned chopped tomatoes in own juice
- 1 incomplete Art. l cayenne pepper, or more to taste (this makes the dish less spicy)
- 3 bay leaves
- Coarse salt and ground black pepper
- One pack (300 gr.) Frozen sliced okra (okra), thaw
- 15 tbsp. cooked white rice, for garnish
- Hot chili sauce
- Powder filé (spicy powder from dried ground leaves sassafras wood with a fresh weak lemon aroma) for sprinkling, optional

Recipe preparation:
- In a large cauldron, heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil on average the fire. Add the flour to the pan all at once, mix until smooth consistency.
