Thai rolls (wraps) with turkey

We like to use spice mixtures for cooking. Sunday dinner: you can get a complex flavor combination, not while measuring hundreds of different seasonings. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 700 gr. minced turkey
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 2 minced cloves of garlic
  • Peeled and chopped piece of fresh ginger 5 cm long.
  • 1 bunch of chopped green onions (white and green parts separately)
  • 1 tsp seafood seasonings (e.g. Old Bay)
  • 1/4 Art. asian fish sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp. diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves (loose tamp)
  • 2 lime juice plus lime slices for serving
  • Hot boiled white rice for serving
  • 1 head of Boston lettuce (separate leaves) for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare the filling: In a large frying pan on medium Heat the oil over high heat. Put the garlic, ginger, white pieces green onions and seasoning for seafood. Fry until vegetables do not begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Lay the turkey and cook, dividing the minced meat into pieces with a wooden spoon, until golden color, about 5 minutes
  2. Add fish sauce, chopped green onion feathers and cook until liquid is almost completely absorbed, about 5 мин. Add pineapple, cilantro and lime juice. Remove from heat. Serve: Put the filling on the hot boiled rice and serve with lime wedges and lettuce to wrap stuffing.
