  1. Wings are cut into 3 parts at the joints. The smallest throw out.
  2. Mix in a bowl flour, starch, paprika, hot pepper, black pepper, garlic and ginger. Breaded wings.
  3. Spread on a wire rack. Sent to preheated oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
  4. We take out, turn over and send for another 20 minutes.
  5. In a dry pan, fry sesame for 1-2 minutes, stirring.
  6. Pour in the sauce. We mix and bring to the accumulation. Remove from fire.
  7. Spread the wings, mix, leave for 5 minutes.
