Chicken in Teriyaki marinade:

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 Art. Mirin sauce (rice light wine)
  • 1 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped ginger
  • 1 head shredded romaine lettuce
  • Straw vegetables (carrots, zucchini, peppers and / or green onions)
  • Soya-Ginger Aioli (see recipe below)
  • Burrito pita with or without additives
  • Small stripes of pineapple

Aioli Soy Ginger Sauce:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Japanese seven-spice mix (Shichimi Togarashi)
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 Art. fried sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the chicken in a shallow dish with the skin up in one layer. Combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic and ginger. Fill this a mixture of chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator, turning over twice, from 30 min up to 1 hour. Preheat the grill. Remove the chicken from the marinade.
