- In a bowl, combine the flour, 150 ml. water, egg and knead the dough. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and set aside 30 minutes.
- Three onions on a grater and mix with minced meat, chopped parsley, 1 Art. a spoon of tomato paste and 30 gr. butter. Salt, pepper and mix well.
- Roll out the dough into a thin layer, then fold it with an “accordion”, cut into strips of 5 cm., unfold, spread in a stack and cut into squares.
- Add the filling to each square and form dumplings. Grease the mold with butter and put the dumplings.
- In a pan, melt 50 gr. butter, add the remaining tomato paste, 50 ml. water and salt. Bring the sauce to boil and pour dumplings. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
- Mix yogurt with garlic, passed through a press. Ready pour dumplings with yogurt sauce. Enjoy your meal!
