  1. Prepare lasagna sheets following the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Chop onions finely. Grate the carrots. Fry in a pan for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Chop the fish into minced meat and add to the pan with vegetables. Fry.
  4. Pour 200 ml of boiling water. Salt and pepper. Stew under the lid over low heat, stirring until liquid evaporates.
  5. Add white wine. Cook, stirring, until evaporated liquid.
  6. Cooking Bechamel sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Slowly add flour. Gradually pour in milk. Cook until thickening the sauce, stirring constantly. Add salt to taste and nutmeg on the tip of a knife. Remove from stove.
  7. Wash and grate zucchini on a coarse grater.
  8. Grate the cheese.
  9. Lay out layers of lasagna in a baking dish in the following order: dough, sauce, fish, zucchini, cheese. Repeat layers 2-3 times.
  10. Put the lasagna in the oven. Cook for 30-40 minutes. Before cut into portions, let the climb cool slightly.
