- Prepare lasagna sheets following the instructions on the packaging.
- Chop onions finely. Grate the carrots. Fry in a pan for 3-5 minutes.
- Chop the fish into minced meat and add to the pan with vegetables. Fry.
- Pour 200 ml of boiling water. Salt and pepper. Stew under the lid over low heat, stirring until liquid evaporates.
- Add white wine. Cook, stirring, until evaporated liquid.
- Cooking Bechamel sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Slowly add flour. Gradually pour in milk. Cook until thickening the sauce, stirring constantly. Add salt to taste and nutmeg on the tip of a knife. Remove from stove.
- Wash and grate zucchini on a coarse grater.
- Grate the cheese.
- Lay out layers of lasagna in a baking dish in the following order: dough, sauce, fish, zucchini, cheese. Repeat layers 2-3 times.
- Put the lasagna in the oven. Cook for 30-40 minutes. Before cut into portions, let the climb cool slightly.
