  1. Coarse flour (you can take the usual), mix with sugar and with salt. Cold butter sent to flour, grind in small crumbs, add the egg, water (2 tbsp) and knead the dough. Wrap in a film and cool for 30 minutes.

  2. Finely roll out the finished dough, cut it out with a mold wavy edges, lay out in a form for tartlets, distribute and make punctures with a fork at the bottom. We put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until they become golden brown.

  3. Cool the finished tartlets and fill them with cottage cheese tomatoes, cheese will add a snack vegetable taste.

  4. Cut salmon into thin slices, with a basil leaf wrap in a flower and place on the curd cheese. Add to decorate another leaf of basil, put on a plate and immediately serve on the table.
