Add salt (1 pinch) to the flour, cold butter (130 gr.) and rub with your fingers into small crumbs, pour into crumbs cold water (50 ml.) and knead a thick dough. Cool the minimum 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough for tartlets in a thin layer and, applying a mold in which we will bake tartlets, make blanks. Tartlets can be oval or round. We lay out the blanks in greased molds, distribute with fingers on the walls and puncture bottom with a fork.

We put the molds with the dough on a baking sheet and put in the oven on 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Fragrant Homemade we take out the tartlets, cool and free from the molds.

In a pan, melt the remaining butter, add chopped green onions, pickled mushrooms without brine and fry 3-4 minutes. Put everything in the blender bowl, put the mayonnaise, pepper and chop. We try the mixture on the salt.

Sent prepared mushroom paste in a bag with a pastry shop nozzle, beautifully fill the cooled tartlets, decorate with greens (thyme, parsley, dill) and immediately serve.
