  1. Wash the mushrooms, finely chop and send to the melted butter. Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates, add finely chopped green onions, chopped garlic, ground pepper, salt and fry another 2 minutes.

  2. We take the crispy tartlets from filo dough out of the box. Such a snack can also be prepared from ordinary sand tartlets.

  3. We fill the tartlets with fried fragrant champignons, put on a plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve on table.
