  1. Basis: sift 260 g flour (2 cups). Add 130 gr butter, 2 tbsp sugar (40 g), yolk (1 pc), 3.5 tbsp water (40 ml) and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough (if necessary add more water if the dough is too loose).
  2. Put the dough in a bag, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Stuffing: wipe 750 g of cottage cheese through a sieve, add 3 eggs yolk, 240 g sugar (1.5 cups), 3.5 tbsp corn starch (50 gr), 4 tbsp vegetable oil (40 gr), good mix.
  4. Beat 4 egg whites in a tight foam. Gently add to curd mixture, mix.
  5. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  6. Roll out the shortbread dough in the shape of a circle. Put the dough in form (I have silicone, if the usual form of grease oil).
  7. Pour the filling into the form, evenly distribute.
  8. We put the tart in the oven (180 degrees) for 1 hour, after which we give cool in the oven (10-15 minutes).
  9. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Enjoy your meal!
