  1. Tangerines are cleaned, divided into segments and remove the film and bones.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry, cut into triangles.
  3. On a wide edge, lay a slice of mandarin and on a narrow edge make cuts.
  4. We wrap it in the shape of a bagel or croissant.
  5. Mix orange juice with sugar and warmed creamy oil.
  6. Pour some juice at the bottom of the mold and lay the puffs tightly to each other.
  7. Pour our syrup, sprinkle sugar on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, until golden, 5 minutes before ready, puff surface grease with egg yolk.
