  1. In a blender bowl we send parsley, peeled garlic, oil, ground pepper and grind.

  2. We wash the pork patties on the bone and sprinkle with salt.

  3. We clean shallots.

  4. Put the prepared cutlets on the bones on a baking sheet, top with parsley sauce, add a whole shallot and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

  5. We take out the fragrant juicy cutlets on the bone, transfer to a plate with baked onions, sprinkle with parsley leaves and immediately serve on the table.
