  1. Peel potatoes thoroughly with a sponge or peel. Cut into medium cubes, put in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper, pour oil (1 tablespoon), mix and send to a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 20 minutes.

  2. We take out the potatoes, cut the cabbage into slices, put it on potatoes, grease with oil (1 tablespoon) and bake at 200 degrees 25 minutes

  3. Sprinkle pork cutlet with salt and fry in oil (1 tablespoon) over high heat from 2 sides until lightly browned. In a bowl mix sour cream, chopped dill, mustard, pepper and salt. Put the fried cutlets on cabbage with potatoes, water all with sour cream sauce and bake for 15 minutes.

  4. We take out the fragrant pork cutlets on the bone, put it on plates, add baked potatoes, cabbage and serve with light vegetable salad.
