  1. We wash pork cutlets on the bone, dry with paper towels, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and dried parsley. Bread the prepared cutlets in breadcrumbs and spread on baking tray with wire rack; cover the bottom with foil. So the meat will be bake evenly and keep all the juices inside.

  2. We send the patties on the wire rack to the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.

  3. Crispy fragrant cutlets on the bone served with potato mashed potatoes and vegetable salad. The meat can optionally be supplemented with any spices and herbs to taste.
