We cook delicious pork patties on the bone at home. Preliminary pickle in a sauce of garlic, balsamic vinegar and honey, fry in a pan and bake with zucchini, mushrooms and cheese.

  1. In a bowl, mix the butter (3 tbsp), chopped garlic, balsamic vinegar, honey and ground pepper. Pork cutlets put in a container, pour with prepared sauce, rub meat, cover with cling film and cool for 1-2 hours.

  2. Fried marinated cutlets in oil (3-4 tbsp.) From 2 sides on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, until they become rosy, and remove on a plate.

  3. Zucchini cut into circles, washed mushrooms cut into 4 parts, salt and pepper everything. In oil after cutlets, fry with 2 sides prepared zucchini, then fry the mushrooms 4-5 minutes.

  4. Put fried cutlets on the bone in the form, add on top and near zucchini, champignons. Sprinkle all coarsely grated cheese and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes until the zucchini is soft and the cheese will melt.

  5. We take out juicy fragrant cutlets on a bone and serve with baked zucchini and mushrooms.
