  1. We wash the cutlets on the bone and rub with salt.

  2. Pour oil into the mold and distribute it over the entire surface.

  3. Cut the tomatoes into circles.

  4. Put the prepared cutlets in a mold, grease with mustard, add tomato slices and sprinkle with Provencal herbs. We place on a tomato a slice of Mozzarella cheese and send to the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 40 minutes.

  5. We take out the aromatic cutlets and serve them hot with potato salad and fresh vegetables.
