We cook a pork cutlet on the bone at home in the oven on one baking tray with garnish (potatoes and onions), for taste and aroma season with sweet mustard sauce, garlic powder, paprika and vegetable oil. It will turn out very tasty!

  1. With a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, salt, paprika, butter and garlic powder.

  2. We rub the patties on the bone with half the mustard mixture and leave in a bowl.

  3. Peel the potatoes thoroughly with a sponge or peel and cut into cubes, onions – large strips. All mix with half the prepared sauce, spread on a baking sheet and set into the oven at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.

  4. After 25 minutes, remove the pan, mix the vegetables and place the cutlets on the bone in the sauce. Set for another 25 minutes, until the meat is not crispy brown.

  5. Fragrant pork patties on the bone served with baked potatoes, onions and fresh chopped vegetables.
