  1. We wash the pork patties on the bone, sprinkle with salt and pepper. We spread the prepared cutlets on the bone in hot oil and fry over high heat from 2 sides until golden brown.

  2. In a bowl, mix mustard, mayonnaise, honey, garlic powder, paprika, ground black pepper and a little salt.

  3. We spread the fried cutlets in a mold, generously lubricate prepared honey mustard sauce and send in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

  4. We take out the ready-made fragrant pork cutlets and serve with vegetable garnish. In the sauce, if desired, you can add any spices to taste, and add flavor to chili peppers (¼ tsp).
