  1. Cooking the dough: heat a little kefir, pour into a bowl, add egg, vanillin and sugar. Stir.
  2. Pour in yeast and stir.
  3. Add flour and knead the dough.
  4. Pour into the dough and mix. Cover the dough and leave for 1.5 hours in a warm place.
  5. Grate the nuts.
  6. Divide the dough into two parts. The bottom is twice as large. Roll out the bottom and put in the pan.
  7. Grease with jam and sprinkle with nuts.
  8. Roll out the second part of the dough, cut out the patterns and cover pie.
  9. Grease the cake with yolk and sprinkle with nuts.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 g for 30 minutes.
