Sweet bread with cinnamon and icing

  • 2 tbsp. l light corn syrup

Glaze

  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Melted butter
  • 3 – 5 tbsp. l milk

Recipe preparation:

  1. Knead the dough: in a small bowl, mix warm water, yeast and a pinch of granulated sugar and let stand until foam appears, 5-8 minutes. Meanwhile, in the bowl of the mixer, mix the baking flour, the remaining 1 tbsp. l sugar and salt.
  2. Add the yeast mixture and melted cream to the flour butter. Knead the dough at medium speed mixer with hook until it becomes smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Transfer to a bowl sprinkled with a cooking spray. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and place in a warm place until the dough does not rise twice, for about 1 hour 30 minutes.
  3. Lightly sprinkle a baking sheet with a cooking spray. Mash the dough and shift to a working surface, mixing it several times. Cut in half and carefully form two loaves of size 7×15 see (do not knead the dough strongly). Put the loaves on prepared a baking sheet at a distance of 7 cm from each other. Sprinkle them lightly culinary spray and cover with plastic wrap. Put in warm until the dough doubles, about 30 minutes – 1 hour.
