  1. Opara: add yeast, 1 tsp sugar and water to a glass, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes to form a hat.
  2. Dough: add milk, vegetable oil to the bowl, melted butter (30 g), salt, 60 g sugar, 1 egg, dough. Sift 550 g of flour, knead the dough well. Cover up with cling film and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
  3. Stuffing: mix 170 g of sugar, 150 g of flour, vanilla and 100 g butter (cold), rub well. We clean in fridge.
  4. Roll out the dough well (up to about 0.7-1 cm). Put the filling in half the dough, fold in half and slightly roll.
  5. Put the filling on half the dough again, fold in half and roll out slightly with a rolling pin. And the last time put in half the dough stuffing, fold in half, tell a little.
  6. Cut small squares, assemble the ends of the square to the middle. Put on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and give buns a little more suitable (20-25 minutes).
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs and grease the edges with yolk.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees 25-30 minutes. Bon appetit.
