Sushi rolls with shrimp in batter and ginger sauce

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. japanese rice
  • 8 large peeled and cut large tail shrimps (straighten with hands)
  • Sushi Vinegar
  • Salt
  • 4 cut into 2/3 the size of a large sheet of nori

Recipe preparation:
