- Prepare a pumpkin, wash, cut off the top, remove the seeds. WITH using a spoon or knife, carefully cut the flesh that should be crushed (total 300 g).
- In a preheated pan with vegetable oil, lightly fry onions, add grated carrots, fry a little together.
- Put chicken into small pieces, fry another ten minutes, stirring.
- Add spices, pepper, salt, mix, fry another ten minutes and remove from heat.
- Put the chilled chicken stuffing in the prepared pumpkin, cover with the top of the pumpkin, put in the baking dish and put in oven for forty minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve the dish hot.
