  1. Wash the pork loin and make 5 deep cuts on top of the piece. Sprinkle the prepared slice with ground pepper and salt. Insert into each cut on a slice of cheese, bacon, we tie a piece below with a strip of bacon and, to fix the filling and shape, tie bottom and middle culinary twine.

  2. Put the stuffed loin into a mold, spray with oil, pour water (1 cup) and put in the oven, previously preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

  3. We take out the juicy stuffed loin, remove the twine, cut and serve with vegetable side dishes and fresh chopped vegetables.
