  1. We wash the pork tenderloin, cut into 8 pieces and beat off through cling film.

  2. Chop the onion finely, the mushrooms in slices, put everything in oil and fry until the liquid evaporates, salt, pepper and the filling for the clipping is ready. Put in a bowl.

  3. After the mushrooms, add butter, flour to the pan. fry for 1 minute, stirring, pour cream, water (100 ml.), salt, pepper and bring to a boil.

  4. Sprinkle prepared pork slices with salt, ground pepper, put mushroom stuffing on one half of the chop, close the second half of the meat and send it into shape.

  5. Pour the stuffed chops with cream sauce and put in oven for 15 minutes.

  6. Then take out the tenderloin, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake another 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

  7. We spread the fragrant stuffed slices of tenderloin on plates, add vegetable garnish, pour creamy sauce and serve immediately with fresh chopped vegetables.
